Pumpkin Carving

For the second year and a row, our beloved flower girl and her family had us over for pumpkin carving and a chili supper.  My children absolutely adore our Cathleen as well as her boyfriend John David.  They are so sweet to take up so much time with them.  Just last week Cathleen came over to do Halloween crafts with them.  In the last month they have helped design MW's dance prop for her solo.
     The children get to choose their pumpkin design.  MW wanted a peace sign and Ev a transformer symbol.  The peace sign was fairly simple and suits MW perfectly.  Ev's transformer was a lot more difficult and time consuming.  It did not turn out exactly like he hoped, but like always he stuck with it until it was complete.  Great memories!
